There is no limit to the amount of cruelty perpetrated by Trump and the govt. I don't know if there is any punishment for Trump that will satisfy me because the damage is already done. I can only hope that all involved are persecuted.

What is worse than the current actions of the govt is that no one will ever be held accountable. Trump has blanket immunity by the supreme court and he will certainly pardon his inner circle preemptively.

When you remove consequences, it's no surprise that you get the worst possible outcomes.
