Not familiar with the site but what I see that is interesting is that whilst being hosted on Cloudflare it gets a low SSL score [1] and returns error 525 [2] instead of a standard Cloudflare error page. Why would someone need TLS 1.0 or 1.1 to be enabled on Cloudflare of all places? It appears that for a while it was hosted out of St. Petersburg instead of CF. [3]
