All factors combined, M1 Air was simply the best laptop I ever used in my life. I did replace it after five years of everyday usage and my current laptop is M5 Pro, but I could probably use the Air for an extra year or two without much trouble; I even compiled iOS and Android apps on it and it worked just fine.

If Neo indeed continues that line, then I'm very happy for school districts that decide to make the transition. The Chromebooks my local school district used were shitty enough so my kid would never want to own a Chromebook. I'm pretty sure Neo won't give such an impression.
