Documentation is almost more important than the project it is documenting. As a developer, it is usually the last thing I want to produce but I find that creating the documentation while I build the project to be a very useful experience. You typically catch a lot of gaps in your thinking while doing so and it forces you to slow down, ask more questions and work to fill those gaps.

Using AI to read the docs or if the project has skills, is a terrific way to get a more personalized experience from even the slimmest documentation.
