I own one of the largest driving schools in the Bay Area (and California!), and while trying to hire offshore staff, I discovered just how hard it is.

IT'S (surprisingly) WAY TOO HARD!!

My best friend Alex and I realized that throughout our careers in F500 companies, startups of every stage, and small businesses that we ran into this problem many times over.

You pretty much have 3 choices:

1) you go to an agency and pay upwards of $3k+ a month for a resource that should cost closer to $1k/mo. 2) you go to a legacy marketplace like Upwork/Fiverr and screen all the resumes yourself, interview each candidate, figure out payments, and then negotiate/contract with each candidate. 3) you buy a bunch of software like LinkedIn recruiter (or AI slop recruiting tools) and Deel/Rippling for payroll, and you build the entire hiring process/infrastructure yourself

All 3 of these options straight up suck.

We realized that if we were to reimagine how a marketplace functions using AI, we could create a seamless experience that has never existed before.

Here are some features that set us apart:

1) No more reviewing resumes: We parse, vectorize, and serve up whatever candidate you need.

2) No more interviews: We launch AI interviews to interview candidates on your behalf. You can watch the replays.

3) No more negotiating: We set market rates ourselves (think Uber, Lyft, Doordash, etc.). There's no negotiating with candidates, ever.

4) Global payments and compliance: We handle all global payments and all compliance. One Stripe payment, and you're good to go.

5) Labor liquidity: Your hire sucks? no prob. We'll replace them in hours bc we're a marketplace and have ample supply/demand.

We believe that labor markets should function as financial markets do, and we think we're one step closer to achieving this reality.

Oh and btw, you can do all this through our API/MCP using your own agent (we're calling this "Vibe Hiring")
