Hey all, I'm joining Shipaton this year. Here is my idea:
I'm building Buildhorn (working name!), a developer productivity mobile app written in KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform) to let you know how your CI builds are doing from a single glance. You'll be able to connect your repos from GitHub and begin receive build information if they're use GitHub actions. You'll also be able to view the information on your home screen via app widgets.
So far I have a rough skeleton app with a shared business logic KMP library. I am figuring out how to get workflow events from GitHub using a GitHub app and sending them to a Firebase backend using webhooks.
I'd love feedback on the following things:
- KMP best practices for shared logic libraries?
- What features you would love to see in an app like this?
