hello,

over the past few years i've used many time-tracking apps for contract work. some were enforced by companies, some i chose personally for testing, and found that all of them either feel bloated, have aggressive trackers, or lack a user-friendly interface. some are fully web-based, requiring to have my browser open.

i needed something lightweight, simple and easy to use. so i built tallier. it's a desktop app. basically a timer that lets you run timers for multiple projects, and shows nice visuals for reports. you can create timesheets or invoice and export them in your preferred format (currently only support .pdf, .json, .json, .html and .txt). made it fully open-source and thought some people may find it useful.

the marketing page (https://tallier.app) has more details.

the source code is at https://github.com/paracosmos-studio/tallier

thanks for reading.
