I don't think this blog post actually says anything.

If I had to sum it up, I guess I'd say: "A guy didn't build a website to solve a problem he didn't have, that didn't really work, and that users didn't really seem to use. Then I didn't write a blog post about it, and didn't really seem to learn anything."
