Ada 83/TLALOC: a modern Ada 83 compiler with DIANA 86 HLIR and fasmg back end

Ada 83/TLALOC is a pure Ada 83 language compiler written in Ada 83 and compiles itself. It has a very clean and well separated 6 phases structure around a DIANA 86 HLIR tree structure. It produces a static ELF64 for x86-64 with FASMG macro assembler as a LLIR backend.
