I thought this was interesting. Most companies and candidates use AI these days as part of their job search, and during my current job search, so far this is the first time I've come across a comapny having such thing outlined. I think this is great, as it sets expectations, in addition to that, you as a candidate can decide whether you're okay with these expectations.
