As a home buyer, I got frustrated with how salesy and unusable many of the online home search portals had become, especially when it came to things like finding homes in proximity to certain places or simply finding homes underneath a monthly price. I built ag3nt.homes to solve that, no sign-up required, it's anonymous by default, and it let's you find homes the way you think: through conversation, observation, and financial parameters.
We are regionally limited right now until we raise (listing syndication is expensive!) but have listings from Philadelphia down the coastline to Norfolk, parts of North Carolina, Georgia, most of Florida, Colorado Springs, and SoCal (I'm a Marine Vet so I've been rolling this out to the military community first, hence the scattered coverage).

Would genuinely love feedback, specifically your initial thoughts on the first run: is it obvious what to type/do? Does the monthly-cost math help, was ag3nt able to assist in getting that up and running if you were interested? Did the photo similarity search return what you'd expect?
