Why PDF extraction for RAG breaks, and one approach to make it verifiable

Me and my friend have been talking with devs for last two months about their problems with local RAG pipelines. Based on these conversations, the idea of creating an open-source framework was born. We want to make the whole proces less of a guessing game, accelerate it, and give a lot of control over the error.

So we put together a readme and an architecture overview because we want to to know the devs opinion on our approach and whether it is worth to put our effort into it.

If you have any thoughts on it, or would like to share a suggestion, we'll be glad
