Show HN: Sktime-CLI A command line tool to do all time-series tasks

https://github.com/siddharth7113/sktime-cli
2•siddharth7113•1h ago
I am a contributor and part time employee at sktime, a framework for all time series related tasks, but it is collection of large number of estimators which sometimes make it difficult for new commers or people who want to do simple task to deal with. I built this unoffical cli to make time-series analysis easier for agents, especially for not so advanced models like qwen3.5-27B or other local models can handle these tasks. I feel big models can go already go inside library understand it enough and write wrappers around it automatically, so there might not be as much benifit there.

Feel free to test with local models and manually and see if you could do quick forecast and predictions, tutorials are live at https://sktime-cli.readthedocs.io

If something feels broken, please do report it.

Note: Parts of it is AI-assisted/Vibe coded but we did certain rounds of user-testing to ensure atleast it's functional in parts. I apologies if you find "load-bearing" in documentation, working on improving it.
