Zuckerberg must have seen how Elon Musk laid off more than 50% of Twitter and how Jack Dorsey cut 50% of Block.

So he knows that it is now time to downsize Meta by 60% and he REALLY wants to do it even if it is his own C-suite (except himself) and even if it causes unfriendly fire.

I hope nobody buys the "Future is for everyone" memo.
