The partnership between state and enterprise may resemble that during a war.
The following are the transcripts, almost unabridged, of the "best behaviour" reply during that QnA in 2024. It appears that Larry Ellison proved excitement in front of the new opportunities and the "good" that can come out of them - completely oblivious of the inherent problems.

[...] AI is going to enable so much innovation in so many different areas that the the world is going to be a better place as we exploit these opportunities and take advantage of this great technology.
And a strong point remains: getting to the root of problems seems outside the focus, while exploiting possibilities is. A recipe of repression is used for cases that display the greatest lacking in civic and human development. Education remains the chief, core, radical issue.
