Not untrue. To be clear, it's not meant to be "anti-" anything, but we prefer to "buy local" whenever possible (not _always_ and not _exclusively_), and this seemed like an option that didn't exist in a similar fashion in Europe. It also provides, to some people, certain guarantees (like GDPR). The closest was MetaGer: https://uruky.com/metager-alternative
