In 2026, I really wish in 2026 the issue would go away.

Government systems are a big offender. Another one I ran into this morning and spent 40 minutes helping them to understand the issue is LegalZoom's website. One might think a legal document generating website would have a Suffix drop down so it is treated correctly instead of us having to shoehorn the suffix into the last name field. Their support agent was very nice and helpful though to get the issue resolved manually!
