Show HN: Haserupt – A different way to reduce your phone usage

Instead of daily limits or scheduled focus sessions, Haserupt asks what you’re opening an app for before you open it. It then gives you just enough time to complete that task. Once the timer expires, the app stays unavailable for a short cool-off period. If you genuinely need more time, you can explain why and request an extension.

For instance, when you open Instagram, you can choose one amongst "Check DMs (1 min)", "Watch reels (5 mins)", "Long convo (15 min)" and use the app for that much time. After that, Instagram will be locked behind a cooloff.

Check it out on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6763058568

Currently, it's iOS only.
