Hi HN, I thought some of you might enjoy the new TravelMap UI I just released.
The map shows my own trips, including cycling around Australia and rowing across the Atlantic.
It uses a MapLibre globe with vector tiles I host myself. On mobile, the trip content sits in a draggable bottom sheet over the map. Making the sheet work without fighting the map gestures was the hardest part.
Anyone can create their own map at travelmap.net too.
