Shed Skin restricted-Python-to-C++ transpiler 0.9.13

I have just released version 0.9.13 of Shed Skin, a restricted-Python-to-C++ transpiler.

It is the first release that was greatly helped by the use of AI, fixing many bugs and filling gaps against Python 3.15.

We are always looking for new contributors (who isn't), and especially with the help of AI, it should be a lot easier to reproduce issues, or look for them, and even to propose fixes. Thanks!
