Novus – A self-improving AI agent that lives on an Android phone

Author here. Every agent framework I'd used had a static toolset — the agent could only call what you pre-wired. So I built one that writes its own tools when it hits a gap, and tracks its own evolution. It runs entirely on my Android phone via Termux, and the same codebase runs on my cloud servers unchanged.
