Lately, I have been seeing many companies switch to take-home/project-based/role-based assessments. I feel like DSA-style assessments are valid to show a person's CS fundamentals but they are not enough these days to show a person's thinking ability or even how they build/design software. Been working on something in this space and wanna reach out to people who have thoughts about this kind of stuff.
