We are a cyber security company, so we have absolutely ensured all gaps are closed, 2FA, SIM card in device, verified account, all of it.
Today, we were logged out from the account, and the phone number has changed to a number we don't recognize.
We tried everything, and we can't find a way to contact support (considering we have paid 30k to Facebook in the last year and still can't get a human to talk to us is another issue).
We honestly can't figure out how this could happen. We didn't receive any code. We don't connect to any apps from the Meta Business suite. Account is on 1 device only.
