A few years ago, I started a small side project based on this idea. Recently, I finally had some time to develop it further.
The idea is simple: instead of putting time into boxes, you place events as points or periods along a continuous timeline — days, months, or even years.
Since this project is digital and designed for printing only (and I don’t have any plans to develop a physical version for sale), I’m giving it away for free. Or, if you wish, for the price of a nice coffee you can buy me. ;)

why horizontal orientation rather than vertical orientation?
the letter seems, at least to me, that it would have better ergonomics and extensibility.

Writing and reading - as simple as that. It’s natural this way.
What’s interesting, this is the next time someone asks about a vertical version - gonna try to code that too, although in practice (I’ve tried that), the vertical version fits better on walls but doesn’t provide the same natural interaction with the calendar.
