On a high-speed paper machine, vibration control is critical. This 6600mm project uses the following balance grades:

Rolls: G1.6

Dryer cylinders: G2.5

Reel roll: G1.6

Reel roll balancing speed: 2900 m/min

These specifications help maintain stable operation and extend bearing and roll life.

Paper grades: high-strength corrugated paper and T paper. Basis weight: 90–150 gsm.
