Let organizations set the rules here and I think they are going to be too greedy and strict on the average but…

I did go to a pagan festival that had a very ordinary ritual and it bugged me that people were taking cellphone snaps of the ritual and even of the altar. There wasn’t any effort to enforce discipline because it is a large group of people from all over, many of whom have never stood in a circle, but I felt we should have been tougher.
