I hate to nitpick but the second is not calmed on Android. The first correct presents a modal center screen. The second pops up a modal low on the page, activates the keyboard, which then hides the modal behind the keyboard , losing context and forcing an awkward scroll. (To be fair Android keyboarding nuance sucks but might want to still fix it to make your point)
