This is great news! It will make on-boarding friends on my XMPP server easier. A lot of people in my entourage categorically refuse to pay for any app. I don't think it is wise of them, but that's how it is. Conversations was free since forever via F-Droid, but installing an alternative app store is also something that a lot of people around me don't want to do, for spurious reasons.
