I (vibe) made an AI lab manager game, I am surprised there aren't many others

In many good games you start small and there's only a few things available to you and decisions are easier. Ie in Civilization you start with one unit. Or with Railroad Tycoon you are trying to create one train track with one locomotive. It's relatively clear what to do. Then more concepts start arriving once you start making further progress.

It feels like here you already start with a large amount of things available and thus don't really know what to do, there's no gradual start.
