100%. If it isn't in writing, it doesn't exist. Always get it in writing. German Auto is desperate because they cannot compete with China while maintaining desired profitability, and so management and shareholders will only keep struggling to squeeze the workers that remain until they no longer remain. Squeezing workers won't fix the unwillingness to invest to successfully compete against China, and the loss of profits that will be experienced along the way.
