I just want to know how the agent knew what they used ? Did it make calls to cancel subscriptions? Did it text the company? Did it send letters?

Yes but what was the method used to cancel the stuff? Did it make calls? texted? sent letters? Logged into the sites? Did it just interview the user and asked them to cancel?
