I've built and sold software that plugs into CRMs, and for years I've been unhappy with mass messaging and sequencer tools. They feel generic, and they don't work. I have a warm book of relationships and a long sales cycle, and I need to keep everyone up to date with personalized outreach.

My company's sales team still pays for HubSpot and Attio, but Ember is the only interface they use now. I think we'll drop those soon.
