as a user, i hate change that doesn’t fix a problem i have directly experienced, as the cause isn’t clear, and now neither is my new workflow.

it is a bit much to say that users only hate changes that don’t help them.

they hate changes with no obvious benefit.

as for users that hate the people behind the code, they will either grow up, or not.
