Show HN: Soulor – Rehearse hard conversations with simulated people

https://soulor.app/
1•DH8116•1h ago
I built Soulor independently as a 16y/o high school student. It helps reading social situations with multiple perspectives, and helps users rehearse hard conversations by simulating others with analyses and suggestions, there are also companions that knows the full context if users choose to share that can chat with them naturally. It can be both serious and entertaining, by switching different world views, and it fully respects users' privacy by keeping all texts encrypted.

In order to achieve modest performance, I built multi-regional gateway and a fine-tuned model integrating both quality and responding speed. The models are served on GPUs via Modal, with a second adapter just for the simulation, and reply latency went from 7.9s to about 2.0s.

It already has several users and I'm building it up quickly. Happy to answer questions about the app or the tech, and any feedback is welcome.
