I agree with the top 3, but out of curiosity I checked all the previous cities I have lived in and I don't think their metrics make much sense. I'm not going to name cities, of course, but in particular, "quality of life" is deeply flawed. I mean, just look at their ranking for "quality of life". Maybe "quality of life for a senior local person" would fit that ranking. Otherwise none of those top cities are appealing to me, as a seasoned expat.
