I've done work for multiple entities that are operated by the California government. All were the most wasteful and inefficient organizations I have ever dealt with.
The other fascinating thing is that they all outsource their IT services to Deloitte. Think about that next time you get laid off suddenly and don't know why.
Many don't seem to realize or care that this is the end game for Socialism and the DSA.
If things were run properly, California could have some of the best services available instead of increased deficits every year.
