You shouldn’t need to write a single line of code to use it, but if you do know how to code, it's as extensible as you want it to be with the plugin system supporting Node, Python and Rust.
It provides regular bioinformatics tools, local scientific AI models, integrations with workflow systems such as Nextflow, API calls when you need to connect to external data or environments, scientific viewers, and visual pipelines that tie all of those pieces together.
Oh and the AI models are self-contained boxes so you do not need to set up anything and just run them.
Hope you'll find this interesting.
