I see a black banner at the top of HN News today and I know it normally to highlight an event that occurred that would be great significance to the HN community at large.

I believe today's banner is for the passing of Margaret Hamilton (https://news.mit.edu/2026/margaret-hamilton-computing-pioneer-dies-1007)

My question is two fold

1) Am I right or is the black banner for something else?

2) Would it be possible to make the banner clickable and send to the post that contains the announcement?
