Is AI the End of Math as We Know It?

What they label as ‘AI’ is significantly downstream from human intelligence, and always will be unless actual ‘artificial intelligence’ is somehow achieved, and the odds of that happening are zero. True AI is sci-fantasy. We won’t be colonizing the moon or mars either.

I use the current AI craze as a test of human intelligence. If someone believes in it, then they’re low in intelligence and high in ignorance. The people building these glorified chat bots are said people, so any hope of genuine intelligence making its way into these bots is diminished. Add in all the useless, futile knowledge that’s being fed into these bots and you have a system far removed from human intelligence and barely functional.

AI may be the end of math in the sense that the field will be destroyed by horseshit submissions en masse and claims that can’t be proven because there’s not enough manpower to do so. We’ll just have to take OpenAI’s word that it works. lol
