Show HN: Awesomer – trending GitHub repos, organized by awesome-list

https://github.com/patrickclery/awesomer
2•patrickclery•1h ago
TL;DR, I made an app that sorts the repos on awesome lists by trending stars, and it updates daily.

I'm not using AI to write this. kldjfklgjdcsjklxfhgjkshdfjkghsjkldfgyis8df7g897123hjkl23 See?

I use awesome lists to discover the best open source projects, but in most cases, the lists are not even sorted alphabetically, let alone by trending. However, the popular lists, like awesome-selfhosted, are updated pretty regularly.

11:00 UTC daily, I run a local worker to update all the repos, and redeploy the site.

And to be clear, I'm making no money off this. It's really just to scratch my own itch, and to buff my own work portfolio for job hunting. It's totally open source and if anyone wants to, I would gladly welcome contributions.

That's it. Enjoy!
