I work on Mir & Flutter, and I wanted to see how far I could push these technologies to give me a modern-looking desktop environment, entirely in one process and entirely in Flutter.
This was made possible now that Flutter supports multi-window, which I've been working on for about 3 years now.
I made this project hoping that I can inspire someone else to do a legit, less vibe-coded version of this. So feel free to take whatever you see here and make a better version of it on your own time!
Just a warning in case you use it: this is so vibe-coded, that I cannot in good faith tell anyone to use it as a daily driver. I personally use it everyday, but I am okay with a little bit of nonsense, obviously ;)
