Haha fair question! A lot, actually. People use Phonebox to:
- automate apps that have no API, or go beyond what the API allows. E.g. answering clients on WhatsApp without the WhatsApp Business API restrictions, and for cheaper, or pulling orders and payouts out of seller apps that don’t offer an export
- run marketing automations on mobile-first platforms, where most of the action happens in the app: posting content, replying to DMs and comments, managing listings
- test their own Android apps
Think about the 70% of the world’s population whose digital life is mobile-only. There’s a ton of value in automating that, and our vision is to provide the infrastructure for it!
