how to build distributions?

sadly there's literally no hack here and no right way. We win our market with a design-first approach and really good designers. But generally, it's relationships with clients, word of mouth, partnerships, and audience outreach. Another thing that helps agencies is finding "their thing" and going deep into a domain

Turns out that "clean code", "architecture", "security" and "test driven development" fell on deaf ears to C-suite executives and managers as they went all in on "vibe coding" and "tokenmaxxing" at the casino. All "principles" from those books forgotten and thrown out.

Not even uncle bob reads his own code. With the majority of "senior/staff" (in name) engineers suffering from an identity crisis after basing their whole careers on those books and massaging beautiful code that now an AI agent can mimic rapidly for 1/1000th of the price of 10 senior software engineers, it is going to only accelerate from here.

If you don't show the C-suite that your vibe coded prototype can make them raise another round in the next quarter, then you are done.
