This is also how we build a society where people fear their friends, family, and neighbors. Having a tattle tale society is right out of 1984 and what North Korea practices. Is this really the future we want?
Ironically, the current administration is chasing real whistleblowers from inside the government, in order to punish them for "leaks" - it's apparently a matter of perspective. Whistleblowers should go to congress, not the president, and should be protected - from the president.
