When I went to use my reset this afternoon (which was listed as expiring on the 22nd Oct), it said it was no longer valid as it had expired, despite still being in a window I had opened this morning and it still being the 22nd.
I asked support and a very nice Claude explained they didn't do human support and they don't do resets so I was shit out of luck.
Bearing in mind I pay £900 a year for the product, I thought I might get a little more leeway, but there you go.
Tomorrow when I run out of tokens I'll be checking out the competition on OpenRouter, which seems like an own goal on Anthropic's part.
PSA: Claude resets expire at some point before they say they do, and there is no support.
