Couldn't find any that were as minimal/fast as I had in mind so threw together something small.
Tiny footprint, runs offline after first load, familiar keyboard shortcuts, absolutely distraction free.
Also the style is nice and configurable so you can find whatever's most comfortable for your eyes.
