Dear @google.com people working in the Google Play Merchant team, I’m assigned to find out exactly why Google Play doesn’t allow Nepalese developers to register for their Merchant account, which is necessary to sell Paid Apps as well as in-app purchases.

This is to work with the Government of Nepal to bring that opportunity to Nepalese developers. The government is more than willing to do what it takes for this to happen.
