I started collecting examples of un-shttification after the third "the cloud shut down, here's how I got my device back" post on X in a week and I looked at ordering a photo frame from amazon to hack together a family dashboard.

A simple, no commerce site, entries list the device, what works (and what doesn't) and the source, writeups (if any) and link to git.

So far there are 63 submissions, from Nest thermostats to a June oven.

Submissions welcome, and corrections even more so.
