ElmTUI is a declarative TUI framework for Common Lisp. I built it for fun, it has css-like styling and follows the model-update-view idea. An enhanced Lisp Repl is implemented as an example. I added capability to preserve scrollback for instances running in tmux, allowing to analyze terminal styles, or manipulate/restore earlier scrollback contents. For now its SBCL only though.
