Show HN: SignalScoop – turn customer messages into product insights

https://www.signalscoop.app/
1•brightvegetable•47m ago
Hi,

I've been working on a way to visualize customer feedback/messages from e-mail, chat, reviews, etc over time.

Clustering it into modules AND submodules is really handy, so that is what I made.

For example, you for a accounting app it would be something like:

Module: invoice Sub-modules: create invoice, send invoice, delete invoice, add lines, etc

This really helps showing what is going on, the good, the bad and the ...you know.

You can get an API key and start using at now.

I hope you will find it useful and will provide me with some feedback.
